excellent location and friendly staff

perfect location friendly staff delicious breakfast cozy room

The location was perfect, right beside st stephensplstz. the staff were lovely and friendly. breakfast was delicious, a great start to the day. the room was also cozy and very warm.

the building is pretty old! though the room lacked a fridge.

the hotel offers excellent security, which gave me peace of mind . there is an elevator, a helpful addition in an older building. breakfast is served, a convenience that saved time each morning.

healthy options early flight

The staff was helpful. Breakfast choices included varied healthy options. The hotel provided a lunch to go because my early flight did not allow time for breakfast. The location is near the cathedral and Graben.

The space was a bit small!

excellent location helpful staff great breakfast uncomfortable beds insufficient outlets old furnishings

the location was excellent in the city centre close to many attractions and transport links. the staff was very lovely and helpful with someone on reception at all times. they provide a great breakfast to start the day it was clean and quiet.

my room was small the beds were a little uncomfortable. i also found that there were insufficient electrical outlets in the room. the furnishings seemed quite old throughout the hotel.

superb location reasonable choice daily towel

the location proved superb i was just minutes from stephansplatz. i found the breakfast choices reasonable with good service provided. the hotel was clean i saw that fresh towels looked daily.

the entrance to the building was a bit hard to find

great location friendly staff tasty breakfast outdated room old furniture poor insulation

the location was really super. it was easy to access everything. the staff was very friendly, they helped me with questions. the breakfast was tasty, i liked it a lot.

the room was somewhat outdated. furniture looked old and beds weren't new. the room felt a bit small. the walls seemed poorly insulated as i could hear neighbors.
