The staff was helpful. Breakfast choices included varied healthy options. The hotel provided a lunch to go because my early flight did not allow time for breakfast. The location is near the cathedral and Graben.

the location was excellent in the city centre close to many attractions and transport links. the staff was very lovely and helpful with someone on reception at all times. they provide a great breakfast to start the day it was clean and quiet.

my room was small the beds were a little uncomfortable. i also found that there were insufficient electrical outlets in the room. the furnishings seemed quite old throughout the hotel.

the location proved superb i was just minutes from stephansplatz. i found the breakfast choices reasonable with good service provided. the hotel was clean i saw that fresh towels was daily.

the entrance to the building was a bit hard to find

the location was really super. it was easy to access everything. the staff was very friendly, they helped me with questions. the breakfast was tasty, i liked it a lot.

the room was somewhat outdated. furniture looked old and beds weren't new. the room felt a bit small. the walls seemed poorly insulated as i could hear neighbors.
